Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and refunds1. Who supplies your purchase
CJNSOCIAL LTD (company number 15664429, VAT number GB486663049) supplies Charlie Newnham AI. Charlie Newnham is the business owner. Contact: charlie@dwsprogram.com. Address: Castle Barn Farm, Denmead Road, Southwick, PO17 6EX. These terms apply to purchases made under this version. Changes do not retrospectively replace the terms agreed for earlier purchases. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain applicable.
2. What you receive
Charlie Newnham AI is one AI assistant combining guidance on content creation, sales, marketing, strategy, faceless brands and digital products. It can help draft and refine content, plans and materials. Your purchase includes access to the software, saved conversations and the course lessons included at checkout. It is not personal advice or one-to-one coaching from Charlie.
You need an internet connection, an email account and a current web browser on a compatible phone, tablet or computer. AI responses are generated remotely and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check outputs before relying on them, particularly for legal, financial or other professional decisions. Earnings, audience growth and business results are not guaranteed.
3. Price, payment and account setup
The price is £97, including VAT, paid once through Stripe, with no subscription or automatic renewal. This is the total you pay; there is nothing added at checkout. There are no recurring charges for this purchase. Future price changes do not create charges for existing buyers.
You can pay before creating an account. After verified payment we email your purchase confirmation and, for a new account, a secure setup link. Existing users retain their account. We aim to process payment and access promptly; contact us if either email or access is missing. Keep the checkout email address accurate. You must be at least 18 and keep your login details secure.
4. Lifetime access and the finite AI allowance
Lifetime access means ongoing account access for this one-off payment without renewals. It does not mean unlimited AI generation. All AI use, including automatic personalization, consumes a finite lifetime allowance. When that allowance is exhausted, AI generation stops permanently, even through ordinary use; it does not reset. Account access and saved chats remain available.
The overall allowance is tracked against £35 of AI processing spend, rather than a fixed message count. Different requests consume different amounts, so no fixed number of messages is promised. Up to £2.50 may be used in each of the first four seven-day periods after purchase, followed by up to £1 in each seven-day period. Unused weekly capacity remains in the overall allowance but does not increase a later week's limit. Weekly limits pace consumption and weekly resets do not restore the overall allowance. Relevant usage information and warnings are shown in the app. Contact us with questions about your allowance before purchasing.
We will not use updates to remove your purchased rights. If we cannot continue providing what we promised, your statutory remedies remain available; the word lifetime does not waive those remedies. You should export important work where possible.
5.1. Cancellation rights
UK consumers normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel an online purchase. Where the law allows, the cancellation right for digital content ends only once supply begins after your express request for immediate supply and acknowledgement of losing that right, and we have provided the required contract confirmation. Payment or logging in alone does not automatically remove your rights.
If a service element remains subject to cancellation, starting it does not by itself end your cancellation right. Where you expressly requested an early start and received the required information, a lawful proportionate charge for services actually supplied before cancellation may apply. A service cancellation right ends on full performance only when the legal conditions are met. We do not apply a digital-content waiver to rights the law preserves for services.
We do not offer an additional change-of-mind money-back guarantee after any applicable cancellation right has ended. This does not restrict statutory rights, including any longer cancellation period resulting from missing legally required information.
5.2. Faults, missing access and misleading descriptions
Your statutory rights remain. Contact us if you cannot access your purchase or it does not work as described. Where applicable, we will repair, replace or repeat performance at no cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If the legal conditions for a price reduction or refund are met, we will provide it; the amount may be part or all of the price. A checkout acknowledgement does not remove these rights.
AI responses can contain mistakes and should be checked. We do not promise earnings or business results. This warning does not excuse failure to provide the features, quality or service the law requires or that we promised you.
5.3. How to request cancellation or a refund
Email charlie@dwsprogram.com, or write to CJNSOCIAL LTD at Castle Barn Farm, Denmead Road, Southwick, PO17 6EX. Include your account email, order reference if available, and whether you want to cancel or report a problem. Any clear cancellation statement is sufficient; you do not have to use the form below or give a reason for exercising a statutory cooling-off right. Send your cancellation before the applicable deadline.
We will assess your request under the applicable law and explain the outcome. Refunds will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Statutory cancellation refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notification; statutory digital-content price-reduction refunds are made within 14 days of agreeing your entitlement. We will not delay a refund beyond a legally applicable deadline.
5.4. Optional cancellation form
To: CJNSOCIAL LTD, Castle Barn Farm, Denmead Road, Southwick, PO17 6EX; charlie@dwsprogram.com.
I give notice that I cancel my contract for Charlie Newnham AI. Ordered on: ____. Order reference (if known): ____. Consumer name: ____. Consumer address: ____. Account email: ____. Date: ____. Signature (only if sent on paper): ____.
6. Responsible use and ownership
Do not use the software unlawfully, infringe others' rights, share or resell account access, attack or scrape the service, bypass limits, or attempt to extract private system instructions. You own your inputs and may use generated outputs for personal or business purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You permit us and our processors to handle your inputs to provide the service as explained in our Privacy Policy. Charlie's software, branding and teaching materials remain with their owners; access does not permit redistribution of those materials.
For serious misuse or security risks we may restrict access where necessary and proportionate. Where practicable we will explain why, provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue. You can contact us to challenge a restriction. Any refund or other right required by law remains available.
7. Availability, updates and responsibility
We use reasonable care and skill in providing the service. Maintenance, third-party outages and technical failures can interrupt access. We will take reasonable steps to address problems and communicate material disruption. We do not exclude our legal responsibility simply because a third-party supplier is involved.
We may make reasonable security, legal and technical updates. Material changes affecting purchased features will be explained in advance where practicable. We will not treat continued use alone as agreement to remove your existing rights. If a change or discontinuation means we cannot fulfil the contract, applicable cancellation, refund and other statutory remedies remain available.
We are responsible for losses for which the law makes us responsible, including reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach. Nothing excludes or limits statutory consumer rights, liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. There is no rolling 12-month payment cap on those rights.
8. Privacy, complaints and governing law
Our Privacy Policy is available at https://app.charlienewnhamai.com/privacy. Contact us using the details above for support, complaints or account closure. Closing your account does not create a subscription cancellation charge or remove any refund entitlement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing prevents consumers using courts available to them under applicable law. If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will provide information about any relevant alternative dispute-resolution provider and whether we are obliged or willing to participate.
