Cancellation rights

UK consumers normally have 14 days after the day the contract is made to cancel an online purchase. Where the law allows, the cancellation right for digital content ends only once supply begins after your express request for immediate supply and acknowledgement of losing that right, and we have provided the required contract confirmation. Payment or logging in alone does not automatically remove your rights.

If a service element remains subject to cancellation, starting it does not by itself end your cancellation right. Where you expressly requested an early start and received the required information, a lawful proportionate charge for services actually supplied before cancellation may apply. A service cancellation right ends on full performance only when the legal conditions are met. We do not apply a digital-content waiver to rights the law preserves for services.

We do not offer an additional change-of-mind money-back guarantee after any applicable cancellation right has ended. This does not restrict statutory rights, including any longer cancellation period resulting from missing legally required information.

Faults, missing access and misleading descriptions

Your statutory rights remain. Contact us if you cannot access your purchase or it does not work as described. Where applicable, we will repair, replace or repeat performance at no cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If the legal conditions for a price reduction or refund are met, we will provide it; the amount may be part or all of the price. A checkout acknowledgement does not remove these rights.

AI responses can contain mistakes and should be checked. We do not promise earnings or business results. This warning does not excuse failure to provide the features, quality or service the law requires or that we promised you.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Email charlie@dwsprogram.com, or write to CJNSOCIAL LTD at Castle Barn Farm, Denmead Road, Southwick, PO17 6EX. Include your account email, order reference if available, and whether you want to cancel or report a problem. Any clear cancellation statement is sufficient; you do not have to use the form below or give a reason for exercising a statutory cooling-off right. Send your cancellation before the applicable deadline.

We will assess your request under the applicable law and explain the outcome. Refunds will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Statutory cancellation refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notification; statutory digital-content price-reduction refunds are made within 14 days of agreeing your entitlement. We will not delay a refund beyond a legally applicable deadline.
